Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • If cancellation occurs 14 days, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded or credited. • If cancellation occurs within 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. • Clients may reschedule their booking once (subject to availability) — the deposit will be transferred to the new date. • Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a fee (ex. $100) due to lost business opportunities.
